Prior to AVID, Murray was the founding member of Apex Well Servicing Inc and Murphy’s Oilfield Services. Mr. Broadhead believes in a "win-win business approach" to create a long term partnership with the clients. He has more than 25 years of experience in business leadership.

Under his leadership, Avid has grown its operations tremendously. Prior to joining AVID, Clay Beal held management position with numerous other construction companies. He has more than 15 years experience in the construction and logging industry.

Prior to AVID, Monzur Chowdhury was Chief Accountant and Financial Controller of Kayden Industries Inc. Previously, Monzur held numerous positions in finance and accounting with oil and gas servicing companies. Monzur has more than 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the disciplines of finance, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, management, treasury, tax, transfer pricing and mergers and aqusitions.

Monzur Chowdhury holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Concordia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He also holds Risk Management (CRMA) and Project Management (PMP) certificates and designations.
